Location
We buy residential real estate from all over Germany in peripheral regions of metropolitan areas with stable demographic development, and in cities with more than 10,000 inhabitants
Condition
Buildings with commercial and / or technical development potential (e. g. modernisation needs, high vacancy rate)
Size
From around 20 residential units, preferably company-owned apartments, residential areas and housing estates
Use
Focus on residential properties, commercial use only low numbers
THE ACQUISITION PROCESS

Property address | anonymised tenant list | construction year | pictures of the property | brief description of the current condition of the building
The entire acquisition process can usually be carried out within four weeks. This includes the following steps:
