Germany-wide acquisition of residential property

We invest in existing housing stocks nationwide, preferably in employee housing and quarters with technical and commercial development potential. Our investment focus is on residential properties in small and medium-sized cities or in the outskirts of metropolitan areas with basically stable demographic trends.

Our investment criteria

Location & position Across Germany in peripheral locations; no areas with social problems; cities from about 10,000 inhabitants
Object condition Buildings with commercial and/or technical development potential
Object size From around 20 residential units
Use Residential use; commercial use only in exceptional cases with a small proportion
Sale structure Preferred asset deal
Special interest Housing estates, employee housing and quarters
Public funding In particular with a short residual term of the (post-)binding period

Completion of the acquisition process

We assure our business partners fast and individual processing of their offer.

With regard to the acquisition process, we guarantee a confidential procedure. For this, we need the following documents:

  • Property address
  • Anonymised tenant list (use/units, area, current rent and start of contract)
  • Construction year
  • Photos of the property
  • Brief description of the condition the building is in

The entire acquisition process can usually be carried out within four weeks. This includes the following steps:

  • Property inspection
  • Acquisition offer
  • Exclusivity agreement
  • Acquisition due diligence
  • Acquisition agreement draft
  • Notary appointment
