The current situation has no impact on tenants, service providers, or customers of Noratis AG. This means:
- Business operations continue without interruption.
- All lease agreements remain unchanged and fully valid.
- All services related to your apartment continue to be provided as usual.
- There are no restrictions or changes affecting your tenancy.
- Property management can be contacted as usual in the event of apartment-related damage.

- Services are rendered and invoices are paid on an ongoing basis.
