  • Location & Regions
    Residential assets in peripheral areas of metropolitan regions, mid-sized and major cities and a stable demographic outlook
  • Asset Condition
    Properties with commercial and/or technical upside – such as modernization needs or high vacancy rates
  • Asset Size
    Starting at approx. 60 residential units; preferred formats include former company housing, residential quarters, and housing estates
  • Use Type
    Primarily residential properties and – in selected cases – potential for privatization Commercial units may be included in exceptional cases, provided they represent only a minor share of the total property.Our investment approach combines strategic discipline with flexibility – enabling us to identify hidden value and turn it into sustainable returns.

Our acquisition process is designed to be completed within approximately four weeks and typically includes the following steps:

  • Purchase price offer
  • Exclusivity agreement
  • Acquisition due diligence
  • Draft purchase agreement
  • Notarization
